Keeping in the spirit of today’s tradition Gérald has selected a Gamay Nouveau as his Wine of the Week at Les Tontons.
Produced by Franck Gourdon of Domaine de Pied-Flond, L’Anjou Gamay Primeur 2012 is a young fruity red created by a controlled fermentation to produce un vin de soif, similar to a Beaujolais.
